Group program sessions will focus on the same issues as the one-on-one programs although they will take place in a group setting. This allows for more flexibility as well as being a more economical option to get your “toes wet” and see what health coaching is all about. An initial consultation is required prior to registration.
During our group sessions, we will explore specific issues each week which will build onto the full 6 month program.
Healthy snacks will be available at group sessions as well.
