Creamy Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

1               Banana
2/3 tsp      Grated ginger
1/2 tsp      Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp       Nutmeg
1/4 tsp      Cardamom
1 tbsp.       Almond butter
1 c             Spinach
1 c             Almond Milk
1 tsp          Vanilla Extract
1 scoop      Vanilla protein powder(optional)
1/2 c           Ice cubes

Directions

Blend almond milk and spinach on high for 1 minute.  Add remaining ingredients and blend for an additional 1 minute on high.
