1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Almonds
1/2 c Ice cubes
1 1/2 c Almond Milk
1 scoop Protein powder (optional)


Blend kale and almond milk on high. Add the remaining ingredients and blend for an additional minute
